YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!
I haven’t been posting much but I’ve been 100% on (SS) plan. Had to make today a SS+ day.
This is half a tin of tuna and a poached egg on a bed of lettuce, celery, mushrooms and onions. SO NICE!!
First fry the onions in a pan without oil, then add the mushrooms, fry for 5 mins (takes longer without oil) then add the celery. Then poach the egg for 3 mins (depends on how runny you want it, I thought this was perfect), lay the lettuce on your plate then add the veg onto the lettuce, add your half tin of tuna then strain your egg and voila!! Sooooo yummy!! And there’s half a tin of tuna left to have another day woo!! 🙏😂😜😻👅💦💛
May not be Michelin star lol but it’s the most adventurous I’ve been on CWP haha
